  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of Rs. 200 applies to all local orders.

  • Delivery Time: Your order will reach you within 4 to 7 working days.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

2. International Shipping

We are proud to ship our unique designs worldwide. We offer two tiers of international shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 10 to 15 working days.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Express International Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 7 to 8 working days.

    • Cost: Premium rates apply; calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Please note that during peak seasons, sales, or for custom-made jewelry, processing may take an additional 1โ€“2 days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, ajewel.store is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, please understand that shipping times are estimates. Factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs clearance (for international orders) may occasionally extend delivery times.
